2 TV cards, only using one for the time. Remove other? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a quick question, I have to TV Tuner cards in my pc (installed in the riser I believe), I've disabled the one Im currently not using.

Do I get better performance if I completly remove it?

despite of maybe saving a second on booting Windows there shouldn't be a benefit in removing that card.
