Can someone clarify the situation with 20bit sirc codes? i use a mce reciever/blaster and a sony dvd/receiver, i have managed to learn the toggle power code, and written discete on and off codes which are working fine, however these are 15 bit codes, the rest of the functions of the unit are 20bit, which irss can learn but seems unable to blast. i have used an alternative blaster mcirplay.exe to succesfully blast to the player, proving the fault is not the sony unit or the blaster but irss itself. I have searched the forum and the net and found posts about this problem but no solutions or explanations most of which were over a year old, i have the lastest 2.42.4068 build, ive checked the changelog and it states that 20bit codes are supported as of a long time ago!?
