MP could open a new timeshift file every time a new show is being timeshifted and remove them X minutes after the show is over.This way User 2 can continue watching the show after User 1 changed channel and created a new timeshift file and if you decide to keep the show after watching, the file will simply not be removed if the user pressed record.</blockquote>
