    Hi,

I've compiled a new svn some minutes ago and what did I have to see?
With svn27644 some of my plugins are not working anymore, in svn 27600 they did.
Is there a way to pass that query over? Especially for me as 4TR user an important question.
edit: We'll have to stay at 27642 instead, upto there this feature hasn't been implemented.

You will have to wait that authors make compatible versions for newest SVN, they are aware of this.

Is there a chance that very old plugins can be made compatible, like the old externaldisplay.dll I used for nearly 2 years? The binary wasn't updated since 2008. MiniDisplay never worked for me on my Antec Fusion case. ExternalDisplay has the advantage that no IMON software needs to be installed.

If you have a link to these 3 dependencies: I could recompile a version I guess:
    Interop.GIRDERLib
    LibDriverCoreClient
    TVCapture

Hmm... where can I get those "dependencies"? I am sorry, for now I am only able to compile Mediaportal thanks to the manual that was posted on the website but the needed recompilations are a new challange I have to cope with. :(

EDIT: I searched though the forum and it seems the plugin was part of the normal Mediaportal svn some time ago and it was replaced with the MiniDisplay-plugin. The normal Mediaportal installer deletes the externaldisplay-plugin everytime it finds it.

Yes, last appearance was for MP 1.0.0. RC3. (I got all dlls except TVCapture which was I presume part of the old TV engine).

    Interop.GIRDERLib
    LibDriverCoreClient

you can find those also in current MP.

So this is somehow complicated, you need to fetch that old SVN source, compile to get TVCapture dll then extrude source for that plugin as new project and referenced all MP core dlls to the current ones. Do no if it will work like that.

If someone have that TVCapture.dll to post here I can try that (somehow I'm too lazy to fetch all old MP source :) )
