For those who don't know what 3RVX is:

3RVX is a free program that offers volume control through hotkey and/or middle mouse wheel combinations. It also visually represents the volume levels and volume changes on-screen and in the program’s system tray icon.

I've made Xface look skin for it:



The volume control (with knob) could be made horizontal too, look around in the directories, you'll figure it out how I took notification icons from Rewind skin, hope the author won't mind
