Hi everyone. I'm pretty new to this and maybe a touch "challenged" when it come to the finer points of setting up PCs but I'm hopping someone will not mind answering my potentially stupid questions. First one-is there any way to prevent the TV service from stopping if I choose to go from a full-screen window (with taskbar and top of window visible) to proper full-screen (no frame)? I use my HTPC for browsing the web and I am often watching time-shifted programs at the same time and it is a real pain to have the TV service stop when I minimise the MediaPortal window. The next question is more general. I have MediPortal installed on a clunky old HP HTPC with Hauppage hybrid tuner and it works flawlessly (aside from the minor niggle mentioned above). I have tried to install it on a newer setup I've got (faster dual-core CPU, on-board graphics and sound and supposedly better PCIe tuner card and it is extremely clunky. It stops and starts every 2 seconds or so. If anyone could give me some pointers regarding what I should look at to try to improve this, it would be much appreciated. For thew record, this HTPC was also displaying the stop/start behaviour when using the WinFast PVR software that came with the tuner. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers, Ben
