The GT520 works also and has got a very low power consumption.
There are two passively cooled models:
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Graphics Cards- ASUS ENGT520 SILENT/DI/1GD3(LP)
    Gainward-Gainward GeForce® GT520 1024MB SilentFX

I've got the Asus card - works fine.
For gaming the card is not very usable (did some benchmarks - performance is on par with a 9500GT) but for a pure HTPC it's more than enough with low power consumption.

    Thanks, new i get it:)

Maybe i will choose to buy a gfx card. I was thinking of a HD5450 through and a cheaper MB, like ASUS M4A87TD.

hd4250 onboard work very well at 1080p hardware decoding. Only plus with hd5450 is maybe gameing and maybe a bit faster gui in mediaportal ?

Erm - you might want to read the post date for the last post - You just resurrected an oldie :D
I would guess that the OP bought a new card in the intervening 9 months...
