ok here goes nothing 
There are plugins now located in the main menu with names like my mail, my weather, My reciepies... little plugins that make your main menu horribly long but we like them. The menu list is growing while features are added and I find that unacceptable. So I came up with an idea to make an end to this horror.
So i started working with the idea of a secondary menu, one thats hidden but can appear anytime u want to. A menu specific for these little apps. One that can hold all the info gathered from my alarm, weather, mail, MSN. Much like a popup panel that gives you all the info you need (see widget2).This idea isn't new you know Konfubulator http://www.widgetgallery.com/ has the same functionality but for the desktop. with the new menu the info gathered from the plugins is much easier to find and because there all combined you can check them all at ones for new info. Now we can easely enjoy our main menu now these widgets found a new place.
the second idea was the let these widgets or whatever have a system to warn the user with some sort of message.They can only bug u with new info like a mail, a msg, or anything else while your watching a movie or TV. (see widget 1)
