I realise you're a 'tad' busy on TVE related stuff but I was wondering whether any consideration bar this ::thread:: here for Accurate Recording. Now that NZ has rolled out Freeview+ and it appears that Sky NZ is also using it, perhaps it might be useful to look at including this to iron out some of the scheduling issues we all suffer from?

This is obviously a long term suggestion, but I would be interested to know your thoughts on the matter.

    Cheers,

    Chris

    Hi Tommy,

That mantis came about due to me talking about live programs over-running, the epg being updated but MP not picking it up. What I'm referring to is the old system that was developed for VCR's and now called Accurate Recording which uses flags in the now/next stream to actively start a recording when it is shown and then end it when it finishes, not just read the now/next functionality.... Well I think that was what Miroslav was suggesting when he created that Mantis.
