Add an IP TV Channel (1 Viewer)

Dear Friends,
I have started to build an IPTV Server using vlc, to transmitted TV channels over the LAN.
I would like your help in building a Plugging, so you and I could add a TV channels based on an IP address in the VLC fashion.

For example adding a channel like this: udp://239.12.12.12 means this channel gets is data from a multicast server.

Then you can fully integrated IPTV into the media portal with EPG, recording etc...
