This patch addresses this issue: 0002140: add keyboard shortcut for next/previous bookmark in MyVideos - MediaPortal Bugtracker

Default keys are J/K, configurable in "keys and sounds".
The bookmarks loop, meaning if hitting the next bookmark shortcut after the last bookmark then the video will go to the first bookmark position and vice-versa.
The shortcuts only works if the OSD is not visible.
