[Approved] Add ProfRed DVB-S2 tuning parameters (1 Viewer)

I added Support of DVB-S2 parameters for ProfRed card
Now S2 transponders work correctly with this card.
And i plan to add Diseqc support for that card(now its commented), when i find testers in our russian comunity or buy Diseqc.
UPD: Updated patch now with working Diseqc

Can you please share the source for this implementation? Or how do you know that this is the right way to handle this card? Is there a public SDK for those cards?

Before we can such a patch, we have to ensure that this is the valid solution for those cards.

I added this patch to SVN including the DiseqC stuff to get some more feedback
