[Rejected] Added functionality for extra mouse buttons (1 Viewer)

I thought it would be good to use the XButton1 and XButton2 on the mouse for volume dont know which keys is default
for volume up and down?

Also made some changes to TVPlugin because if you lower the volume twice it will register double click and the ZapOSD will show

Anyine can comment this patch, i made this patch because i'm planning to use only a mouse to control Mediaportal.
I doubt that it will break anything.

Sorry but this is too specialized. What if someone else want to use those buttons for other functions ?

BTW, MediaPortal should be controlled by a remote

I understand i will try make it a plugin instead, but please could you commit the change in TvPlugin that checks if the the double
click is with the left mouse button cause i believe this is inteded to be like that.
