But this card isn't found from mediaportal and isn't in list of supported type.

I've install the newest svn but the id of card is wrong and isn't configured for hybrid but for analogic.

Please contact DMAN on IRC, maybe they changed driver versions and moniker descriptions. He's gonna update it for you then, when he's there.
