Hi!

I only like to view my recordings without rtsp but livetv with rtsp so that comskip is working. With this patch it is possible to provide only a recordingpath.

this "feature" is actually only meant for debugging and bughunting, and not to be used in general.

Yes, it is only way currently.

Rejected:

• This is only a debug feature, nothing that is officially supported from the end user point of view.
• Adding the patch would break the debug functionality (would work only partially)
