Advice for Video & Tuner anyone? (1 Viewer)

Hello all

is this the place to ask questions prior to building my server and installing SW?

my basic box is a Dell Workstation 390, Quad-Core CPU, 8 Gig RAM, Raid-10 (now) with 160 gig storage internal, external 500gig storage, GeForce (old) game card series 7600 nVidia, DVD burner etc.

I have no TV tuner in the box and no OS on it now. However, I have access to ANY microsoft products, so whatever is recommended, I can load.

I'm looking for info on tv tuner and video cards currently recommended.

intention is to stop UVerse except for Internet Access and set up all else via this box

I'm going to begin scanning the posts and may find the answer, but wanted to at least start with a basic "howdy" and my current system config.
