Advice - Low Profile TV Tuner card (1 Viewer)

Hi am building a pc for my father in law to put Mediaportal on and as the case only accepts low profile cards can anyone recommend a low profile tv card that works with mediaportal. The only thing it needs to have the standard rca inputs as he has virgin media so will take input from the virgin box.

Or am I better with a usb solution?
