After Stand By not in Fullscreen (1 Viewer)

Because of some other problem I installed my HTPC completly for new.
But now I have another problem.

After resuming from standy by MePo is not in Fullscreen anymore. So I am closing it and starting it from new.
Before the new installation this has worked flawless.

Maybe the new installed AMD Catalyst 13.12 driver makes the problem?
Has anyone similar problems?

Same Problem on different system now on Haswell.
I will see If I can create some logs.
