[SOLVED]

Hi all,

Let me submit you my problem with MP 1.1.2.0 for which I couldn't find any solution until now.
End of last week I lost all the channels in the TV section. Clicking the channels button displays an empty channel list.
Scanning again for new channels, updates the channels, but it doesn't help.

As far as I know, nothing has been done to this workstation.

Can anybody help me out of this maze? I enclose the LOG file issued from the DEBUG mode.

I hope it helps.

Thanks for your help

EDIT: I looked into the mediaportal.log file and here is the error
2011-05-12 15:27:56.984375 [Info.][MPMain(1)]: get channels from database

2011-05-12 15:27:57.062500 [Info.][MPMain(1)]: TVHome: Error in Reload

2011-05-12 15:27:57.062500 [Info.][MPMain(1)]: Exception :confused:ystem.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Gentle.Framework.ProviderFactory' threw an exception. ---> Error: NoConfigStoreFoundUnclassified

Gentle.Common.GentleException: FATAL ERROR: No configuration store was found!

Gentle is unable to continue!

The handlers emitted the following error messages:

Unable to create GentleSectionHandler for section named "gentle" in file "C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\mediaportal.exe.Config".

Unable to create FileHandler for file Gentle.config.

This usually means that the file could not be found in any of the default search locations.

I then checked if the file exists and it does ... enclosed you can find a copy of it, extension set to .txt for uploading reason

ok I solved the problem

the gentle.config file on the folder: C:\Users\All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\gentle.config
was truncated

I copied the one from C:\Users\All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server
and it solved the problem

this link helped me: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/734202-post1.html
