all files in music folder turned into "unknown - unknow (1 Viewer)

I have few subfolders in main music share folder. Most of them have relatively low number of file ( under 30 each ) and everything works as expected, enter folder, see files, select file, hear music.

However, in one folder I have about 200 files ( large mix collection ). In this folder when I select a file nothing happens for about 30-40 seconds, then it starts playing. While trying to figure out what's wrong I messed with different views in left panel and then suddenly all files turned into "unknown - unknown". I can't get it back to normal now. Restarting MP doesn't help.

Any ideas?

i asume you've checked "Load ID3 tags from file if it's not in music ...". This is in MP Configuration in Music - General Settings.

A file is you're playing is not in the DB. And it looks like your files don't have valid Tags.

So seeing that you don't have too many files, i would untick thos option and delete musicdatabase4.db3 out of the MP database folder.
When you restart MP you end up with an empty database.

Only, if your files are tagged well, it makes sense to play with views other then "Shares", because they rely on files being tagged well.
