[Configuration] Allow windows screensaver as a third idle option (1 Viewer)

Summary:
Allow to configure the windows screensaver in addition to blank screen and reduce frame rate in configuration

Description:

Here you can see the Idle options as they are today.
From my point of view it would be nice to have the possibility to chose "activate windows screensaver" as a third option.
Advantage for everybody: It would be possible to show a screensaver while playing music.
Especially for me: With this option active I would have the possibility to show/watch my panorama pictures with my favorite panorama viewer WPanorama

this can be cool, for user with large touchscreen on HTPC case / deported similar at "picture tablet"

The windows screensaver is usable with Scythe42s area51 build.
This will be Part of MePo 1.40

Yes, but is not possible to adjust setting in MP, it's totally "WINDOWS" who manage it !?!

How is the windows screensaver possible in MP 1.4.0? I have not been able to do this.

Never mind... Was trying to figure it out via team viewer... Works fine now

For anyone else trying to figure this out. I had to make sure the "Idle timer enabled" was unchecked in the MP configuration (GUI->Screensaver). That setting being off allows windows screensaver to kick in. The screen saver doesn't come on when playing video (good) and it does come on when playing music (also good).
