I cant see any reason these problems should be PSU related, first off, these problems occur when the CPU is trying to use less power. Secondly im currently using a 350W PSU, and only one tuner(DVB-C) and the problem is still present.

You(Okay) seem to be commenting the setup listed by bigj, but he never experienced any problems
