Speedfan doesnt support fan control on mobo i am using( Asus A8N-E ). Anyway, its not going to get much quieter. My CPU heatsink is a 'passive' Sonic Tower. I have 2 SilenX 92mm fans in my system(these *are* less noisy than Pabst), one in the PSU, and one attached on the side of the CPU heatsink. The computer is complete inaudible. The HD is placed on a foam sponge And of course the northbridge cooler has been replaced as well.I did look at the BIOS updates, but the newer revisions have nothing to say about Cool&Quiet, but of course its always a good idea to try.
