aMPdroid 1.0 - Crash in All Channels group (1 Viewer)

Okay here's my bug report:

1. Start aMPdroid
2. Go to TV section
3. Go to Channels
4. Change channel group from whatever to "All Channels"
=> Crash

Tested on Motorola XOOM with HC 3.2 over Wifi

Edit: Doesn't crash on X10i with Android 2.3.3

As stated in the release thread, I also get a crash when entering Channels with the "Show the all channels group" set on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Here are the logs from MPExtended and the crash log collected by LogCollector.

I did the following.
1. Opened aMPDdroid on my SG10.1 with native Android version 3.1
2. Selected TV (MP not open, so wifiremote cannot connect)
3. Select channels.
4. aMPDroid enter the new screen, the right panels says updating channel (or similar -> I get the Danish translation)
5. Nothing happens for approx 5 sec and then I see the crash popup box. I select Force shutdown (or similar) and I have returned to the Android mainscreen.

Yup, it solved all of the most critical crashes on the galaxy 10.1. Thanks a bunch!

In my case it fixed the "all channels crash", but now it crashes when trying to play a tv channel on the pc (it streams fine only with external player)

I have noticed with this that if I go into the EPG and pick a channel group (ie sport, music) I get a number of other channels mixed in with the ones from the selected group. If I pick say Music, then Sport I only get the sport channels showing. Anyone else getting this behaviour on this version?

Yeah that's a bug I already know about, will be fixed...

This also fixed the All channel/EPG force close issue for me- Asus Transformer Prime TF201. Thanks for your work on this, no other issues with everything I've tried out so far!

Hi all,

I've no crash, but unfortunately I've no channels in each group I've created. I just see the groups themselves.
Also I see no group "all channels" however the option "hide all channels group" is not activated (but thats not so important for me).

I've checked the connection to all services (GmaWebservice, Tv4Home, WifiRemote) by telnet with success and also with the Test-URLs from the forum.
I've tried to connect from external (with "no-ip" account and forwarding the ports) and also in local network.
Both works fine - I get connection!
Though, if I try to call the channels of my group "Fav" I get this message:

I've no idea what I can do more for testing or how I should adjust my settings in windows, the app or MP

Firewall configured for all needed Ports of services (8017, 4321, 554)

I'm sorry - I just see that this thread is just for new version 1.0 not my 0.8.3
