Analog card recommendation needed (1 Viewer)

I need a analog card, preferable with a hardware encoder and PCIe interface.

Are the wintv hvr 1700 / 2200 cards supported in Media portal?

Any recommendations for another analog card?

Should work under win7/64bit.
