aMPdroid statusupdate

Hi guys,

I've been a bit quiet lately because unfortunately I didn't have much time to work on aMPdroid. Now I could finally spend some time on the project again and I made some pretty good progress.

I mainly improved the remote-control section because I felt that this needed the most attention. Here's a list of noticable changes lately:

Now-playing layout (sliding drawer) with image support
Connection handling (connect/disconnect) to mediaportal client
Set position of playing item with slider
Fulllscreen mode (configurable)
Autohide for Statusbar (show always, show never, show when connected, show manually)
Softkeyboard to send keys to pc
Authentification

There have been lots of improvements and bugfixes in other sections as well. For example, every text that is used in ampdroid is now translatable. I will do a call for translators when all sections are implemented (music and pictures still has to be done).

I also played around with different color schemes, as I'm not fully happy with the current one (It's a bit too dark). The following screenshots are from a short test with a more blueish color scheme:
