[Approved] Animation for closing dialogs (1 Viewer)

This small patch allows a closing dialog window to animate using the usual rules for specifying animation. The patch simply calls OnPageDestroy() inside the GUIDialogWindow GUI_MSG_WINDOW_DEINIT message handler. This patch changes Dialogs.dll only.
