the "funny" thing about this topic is the fact, that a new feature is showing up a problem that didn't seem to exist before.

but your CAMs probably always wanted to tell you this. But only since CI menu support, it's able to do so :p

I see 2 ways to solve this:
    1. Disable the "auto enable CI menu" for Aston type CAM, or by ConfigOption
    2. Fix the caPmt patching, so CAM won't complain ;)

1st option I really would NOT like... So Ambass, are you motivated enough to look into 2nd option?

    (remind the WAF :D)

I'll try to have a look, but it has occured only once since my previous post....:(

oh, really only after 1st try on reboot? can you please (again ;) ) create one clean log with 1st+ 2nd tune?

maybe your CAM remembers that it has sent the information once. It could be that it tells you again after a CAM reset (or maybe even after TvServer stop/start)

    Morpheus_xx,

Your are right because I have similar behavior if I access CI menu from within configuration of TV Server. I already posted above the logs corresponding to those cases.

This is definitely not fixed! Checked last SVN. New install. Sometimes it reports encrypted channel, press ok on remote and after that select ok again to select channel the second time. And then it works.
Strange. It's an old bug. I don't see an advantage of the CI menu, it brought another issue in.

Agree with Wouter1971. The bug was still present sometimes with the FloppyDTV-S2 card. However I do not have this issue with my old Nova-CI. Also I have switched from XP to 7 32bits. Also I do not see really an interest to have the CI menu from the Frontend.

Agree DjeC64. If there is a way to disable it in the settings i will do that. I also use FloppyDTV-S2 card + Aston Cam 2.19. Is it fixed if i switch to Windows 7 32bit?
