another newbie question (1 Viewer)

I searched the forums first and I'm blind or it's not there...
question..
I have found that moving pictures is the best to display and hunt all my movie and video info for my purposes..
other than pointing the data base in movies in MP.. do I need to also have it catalog??

Also is there a way and if so how would I browse the networked folders by root structure in MP's interface?? I using the Streamed skin and followed it's instructions to add nav for browse by folder but it does nothing... also when I use MP with it's default skin it does not seem to have a browse folders option.... am i missing a setting ?

If you are using moving pictures, you have to create a category based on the path. If you are using the builtin video section then use the shares view.

I do not see a view that says shares? hmm sorry I'm confused

how do i point it to the path, there iis no option in the drop down that i can see?

Full path contains is the expression that you are looking for.

1. Enter the Moving Pictures configuration via Plugins > right-click on Moving Pictures > Select configuration.



2. Once in Moving Pictures configuration > Movie Importer > Add Watch Folder > Point to the path containing your films.
