Any backups etc. necessary before changing skin ? (1 Viewer)

At the moment I am using the StreamedMP skin and have set it up to my liking thusfar. I would like to try other skins however and wonder if any steps are necessary or recommended to make before changing the skin, so that I can go back to the previous skin without messing up things.
And is it also necessary to empty the cache folder ? I thought I read something about that somewhere.

Hi!

You don't need to make any backup for a new skin. Setup a new skin, choose it in MP config and start MP. If you want to switch back you only need to choose your old skin in MP config or within MP settings and voilà streamedMP is back

If you reinstall MP the backup is necessary!
