oh I thought he was referring to somewhere in windows in general. Haven't been able to nail down when exactly it happens, it'll happen sometimes after waking the computer back up or if I open a avi rip in full screen. Like its detecting whats best for what's on the screen and sets it to that. Just seems weird that it's 59hz all the time.


Anyways it only takes me 2 seconds to open my graphics properties and change it so its not a huge inconvenience.
