anysee dvblink mediaportal (1 Viewer)

hi there ,

i have some strange things here,
i installed mediaportal with tv server.. i have 4 anysee E30Combo Plus devices.
but i just start with one to check if things work correctly.
now when i in tv configuration scan channels i find all channels no problem.. but the channels are decoded so i cant watch (appart from few fta channels. while the provider smart card is in the device .. so what is goin wrong ?
i also tried to use dvblink and then use the mediaportal iptvsource filter device with the dvblink settings . but same there .
now that sounds logical cause dvblink tvsource also gets the info just like mediaportal and all channels load but cant play ?
i tried diferent guides wich include splug and acamd files etc .. also guides with mdapi but i just cant get the channels to decode..
so what do i do wrong ??
bussy with it already 2 days everything is runnig fine mediaportal does all stuff exept the tv stuff..
so what else can i try ? its the latest mediaportal setup..
i have ziggo 1111 id (brabant/limburg) so maybe some one with same problem here in same area ?

so who can help me with this problem ??

mm already warned no mdapi solutions to be posted on forum.

yeh i did delete that tuff after it didnt work .. and tried other stuff but there is just nothing that seems to work .
main problem is that the few good complete guides wich are out there are kinda old .and the plugins and other stuff that is used is realy old .. some stuff isnt even downloadable anymore or non working . so those guides are like half complete.
would like to see a guide wich is focused on last versions of mp
everything works exept the decoding part , even a small thing could get it working but what small thing
