Anysee E30 adapters and 'Preload Tuner' and 'Pause Tuner' functionality. (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I'm new to Mediaportal and this weekend I installed and configured it and I'm already succesfully running 3 Anysee adapters for Ziggo Cable TV. But I want to tune and optimize my configuration. As the startup of the adapters and the channel changing is slower than is was used to in Windows Media Center together with DVBLogic TV Source 4.

So here is my question:

Does somework here work with the Anysee E30 tuners in Mediaportal? I want to know if the Anysee tuners support the 'Preload Tuner'and the 'Pause Tuner' functionality without getting (long term) stability issues.

The Preload Tuner functionality seems to work. After some testing for a few days, no stability issues have been found so far.

This week I'll test the Pause Tuner functionality with these tuners, maybe in future other users will find this thread useful.

preload is relevant only at MP start.

I know, but it still helps to cut of a few seconds for the first tuning.

And, I think it can solve the problem that Live TV freezes when a recording starts on the background on another tuner.
