Apple remote for mediaportal? (1 Viewer)

I have a mac mini running vista and mediaportal on top of that works great. apple today finally released drivers for windows for the IR remote but in true pain in the A_ _ style the remote only works in itunes and WMP. any chance the mediaportal gurus would be able to make this one of the remotes supported? its a nice simple remote to use.

Hellow there everyone, im very new to this, just bought a Imac silver 20" and iv removed os-x totally and installed winxp sp2 eng, that btw runs lovely on this machine...

So back to the mac mini IR is there support for it now in MP if yes where? is it a plugin?, iv tryed the search button and only found like 5-6 topic but they didnt contain any new information about this shiny remote, that i would love to see work in MP..... Also i did try that tool above user posted but cant fig it out lol .


Any help and usefull information would be appriciated.
