Applying patch? (1 Viewer)

Hi there...
I was on the moving-pictures homepage, where i found a patch for Issue 547: Get Language from Audio Tracks MediaInfo.
Is it possible to apply this patch by myself, or do I have to wait for the next release to be implemented?
