Would be great to see more.
I used YAC plugin, but have problems with double messages and it seem to cause system instability - at least on my AMD pc.
I tried your plugin but I see no message & no log entries (besides initialisation on startup).
If you won't continue can I get the source to try myself.

Edit:
OK, found that it works, when the DLL is copied to process folder also.
But I have the no sound issue that was described earlier. Sound starts again when call is hung up.
