So far you are passing the DTS or DD audio from movies to your receiver which is good. Not all movies with have a surround sound track which is why sometimes it will stay on your "multichannel" setting. The only thing I would consider is to try and keep the audio as close to the source as possible. This is just my preference but I would leave it on 2 channel for audio that is not truly multi-channel. Other then that small detail it looks like the hdmi audio is being passed perfectly to your decoder.</p></blockquote><p></p>
