Ati Tv Wonder 650 (2 Viewers)

Hi I just got an OEM version of the ATI TV Wonder 650 PCIe and after downloading the drivers from the ATI site, I go and load Media Portal and go to chose a capture card and it say could not detect one, am I setting up the TV side of this correctly? Thanks for any help.

I am running Vista Business 32bit.
