I was going nuts trying to figure out why I couldn't play 99% of my videos. I have a mix of mkv, avi, mpg, etc. on a network drive. I have subfolders with the movie name and the movie file in it. Every time I tried to play one, I'd get an error from MP "Cannot play. Audio Codec Error" (something of that sort).

I finally moved the files from their respective folders to the folder above and they play fine. What might cause this?

I had them in separate folders because the cover art would not display on all movies in the "library" modes, but they would in the "shares" mode. The ones that displayed in both modes also had different cover art.

I'd also like to know how to remove covers from MP3 music files. Every MP3 has a cover of Buddy Holly, though I never added it and I can't remove them. I can't find the folders that store these files in Vista.
