Audio Mpeg encoders not picked up as installed (1 Viewer)

I have a Kworld Analogue TV Capture card on a Windows 7, 64bit PC.

In the General section of MP it states that the Kworld Audio and Mpeg encoders are not installed.

But GraphEdit shows it is installed.

Can someone please help to get the encoders to work?

Ok fixed the problem. Renamed the names in MySQL of the encoders exactly as GraphEdit showed it and now everything is working.[DOUBLEPOST=1416252652][/DOUBLEPOST]

Only encoders that we have tested as compatible are listed there.

Ok. it scanned and found 3 channels, which is correct.

When I try to preview the channel it gives me the following error.

When I try to connect with the Media portal it says no video/audio detected.

When checking the Streaming Server it does not show that someone is connected.

When you setup the Media portal configuration and test the connection is says that the connection was successful.

Any idea what is wrong, please?
