    Hi folks,

I've got a little problem with the myMusic-part of MP. I ripped my audiobook-CDs and made a MP3-collection of them. Now I've got a disk where all the music is on (normale \Artist\Album-style) with one special folder "\_audiobooks\Artist\Album". With my current setup all the audiobooks show up in the regular music database and that's kind of uncool and not so nice to handle. Is there any nice solution to "hide" them in the regular views (sth. like don't show files with genre "audiobook" or don't show files from folder xyz), but show them in another one? The handling of myMusic is not that ergonomic at all like I'd wish it was, but is there a way? Or has even someone thought about a myAudiobooks-plugin?

    Best regards
    Wolf

You could setup a special view in Configuration -> Music -> Music Views

    genre <> Audiobook
    artist
    album
    title

but this way it'll always start with a Genre display.

There's no way limiting the view other than that

    Hmm... thanks for the hint.

There isn't the possibility to use myMusic twice? So I could use it once for the music and once for the audiobooks?

btw: Are there any thought about some kind of dynamic/intelligent playlist like iTunes uses?

    Thanks so far
    G.B.

no way to use it twice sorry.

yes, ideas for playlist, etc are there, but with limited time to do it.
so nothing to expect in the near future.
