Auto Aspect Ratio, faster channel changing (1 Viewer)

I love Media portal so far. Have got it going with a DVB-S card.

Two things i thought were lacking:
-For every channel you need to fix the aspect ratio. some other Media centers do it automaticly, that would be great, if not perhaps the ability to set the default aspect ratio on a per channel basis.

-2nd thing i noticed, GB-PVR can change channels in sub 1 second. Media portal takes 6 seconds. Both with time shift off. Im pretty sure both use BDA drivers.

For the first thing there already is a plugin. You can program an aspect ratio not for every channel but for different "formats" like 4:3, 4:3 letterboxed ...
