Auto standby etc (1 Viewer)

Hi all!

What is the best way to have the MP running PC automatically standby or hibernate when its been inactive (eg not watching tv/movies or listening to music or recording) for X minutes? And then have it wake up through remote or when a scheduled recording is due?......
