NO dynamic refresh option.Hello, I have just installed MP 1.01. I have read through mostof this thread and looked at the latest update re enabling the dynamic refresh tool. Unfortunately, for me within MP config, there aren't any options whatsoever regarding enabling this tool. I downloaded 1.01 yesterday, so i trust that I have the latest version?
