The DRRC goes to Cinema - Framerate: 24;23.976. Refreshrate: 24 When I play them, but they still stutter. When they play it looks like a big frame skip every 3 seconds or so. Its an annoying and enduring problem that Ive spent several months trying to remedy. So, I guess that means with this tv, there's no scope for fixing the problem with the refresh rate changer. Two questions:1. Can I use something like Powerstrip to fix this problem?and, if not, 2.
