Configuration.exe loads without errors.CCC profiles were working I had three profiles called "24","50","60"All 1920x1080 with different refresh rates.Refresh rate changed with selecting different profiles in CCC tray icon.I don't think MP was even trying to change the refresh rate.I replace c:\\Program Files\\ATI Technologies\\ATI.ACE\\Core-Static\\CLI.exe start Load profilename="50" with c:\\system32\\notepad.exe, and played several video files, when i quit mediaportal, there were no instances of notepad running.I'll try with the changes you suggested incl the force command when i get home from work. Currently working as night shift doctor for surgery so when it's quiet lots of time to read up on mods.Many Thanks!
