IT fixes the mediaportal issue with WIN7 x64 refreshrate not changing. The stutter seems to be gone as well, reported by other user on SVN forum. </p><p>I read in the bug-report that you need the latest NVidia Beta to fix the 24Hz and 60Hz bug from NVidia side.
