MediaPortal Version: 0.2.2.0 (SVN 12919 from 02.11.2007) MediaPortal Skin: BlueTwo Windows Version: Windows XP SP2 CPU Type: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Motherboard Chipset: nForce4 Video Card: Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT Video Card Driver: ForceWare 93.71 Sound Card: VIA Envy24 MPEG2 Video Codec: Occurs with any/all MPEG2 Audio Codec: Occurs with any/all Remote: MCE remote Howdy. I've been using MP for about a year and have recently started having issues with the whole PC freezing while playing back videos (not TV - there is no TV tuner installed in the system). This only occurs after resuming from hibernation, roughly after about 3-5 minutes of starting a video. This problem that appears to have developed over time -- originally, videos would occasionally stutter after resuming from hibernate, but now it's a full-blown system lockup every time. I've tried to fix it in a number of ways, including trying different video/audio codecs but nothing seems to work. However, this behaviour dissappears when I restart MP after resuming from hibernation. So what I wanted to ask is, does anyone know a way to restart MP automatically? ie. MP shuts down when the PC is put into hibernation, and then it restarts up after resume? Does PVR Scheduler support this? As an side, I've got the power button on my MCE remote set to hibernate the system (using Windows power options) when pressed -- would it be possible to maintain this behaviour when using PVR Scheduler?
