You should try to increasing the auto-approval rate. This can be adjusted in the configuration screen. If you still have problems after making this change let me know and we can investigate further.

Since English is not your native language, are your filenames perhaps using a localized title as well? This might make the auto-approval not work optimal, as it relies on the AKA title system that got severly damaged for IMDb related scraper-scripts.

An easy way would be to provide the IMDb tt-ID for the movie then to your filenames.

For example: "Some Weird Title (tt0499549).avi" will quickly import as Avatar without any problem and no MovPic config interaction is required then.

Or is your native language supported direct in Moving-Pictures as a language selection for the importer? Then it might be as simple as what fforde explained above, or perhaps there is a bug in the scraper-script for your language. The Russian one for example has some issues right now.

Everything Rochess explains is correct, just keep in mind that this would only apply to you if you have Moving Pictures configured to download english movie data. More specifically only if you are using the IMDb or IMDb+ script.

Can you please provide a debug log file from when movies did not import correctly?

    My configuration is

You have the "Auto Approve on Alternate Titles" checkbox not enabled. Taken into account it shows "Inglés" for you instead of "English", it might not be far fetched that you might also have filenames such as "Los miserables (2012).mkv" versus "Les Misérables (2012).mkv". This relates to the same movie, but the "Alternate Title" is needed to match this up for an auto-approval to occur then, hence that checkbox setting.

Of course it might be something else, either way providing proper log files would show what is happening. Be sure to enable debug verbosity logging mode in MediaPortal and recreate the problem (otherwise log files are not much help).

That option was false, and "only auto approve from primary data source" was true. I change that 2 option, Now is working fine :D

    Thanks you :D
