Is there a way to make mounted ISO's autoplay, but actual DVD's prompt the user asking whether or not to play the DVD?

I found the Autoplay DVD option in the config screen, but this effects both mounted ISO's and real DVDs. I understand the reason a mounted ISO is seen as just another DVD drive to Media Portal. What I'm curious about is: is there a way to make the mounted ISO autoplay, but the actual DVD not autoplay?

The reason I would like to do this is I do some other tasks with DVD's (rip them to the hard drive as ISO's to be watched later).

Sorry I guess I wasn't clear in my post. I also misspelled part of the post title, nut should be "but"

My issue is not with mounting iso's, that is working fine. My issue is that I would like for mounted iso's to auto play (jump right into the dvd menu) but physical dvd's to prompt me asking "do you want to play this dvd?". Perhaps this can be specified by drive letter or something? So drive D prompts the user, and drive E auto-plays for example.

Thanks!
Travis
